Steven Mosch has been practising law for almost 20 years and heads MacDonnells Law’s dispute resolution and litigation practice in Townsville. Steven has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, as well as discrimination and employment law. He has regularly appeared as an advocate, both at the hearing of interlocutory applications and at trial.
In addition, Steven has represented clients during investigations and hearings conducted by the Crime and Misconduct Commission and has practised extensively in the field of media law.
