Michael has almost 20 years experience in the areas of business and property law. Michael’s commercial leasing experience includes a substantial involvement with retail shop leasing and general commercial/industrial leasing. During the past decade, Michael has developed expertise in hospitality law and acts for a substantial number of hotel and restaurant operators in respect of the sale and purchase of licensed premises, liquor licensing applications and gaming applications and advice.
