Michael Keir is a MacDonnells Law Board Member and practises primarily in the areas of commercial law, corporate mergers and acquisitions, rural law and property development. Advising in these areas requires a healthy appreciation of the commercial reality involved in each particular transaction, which Michael’s business sense and extensive experience allows him. Michael also provides advice in business structuring, partnerships, succession planning and sports law.
